By using Collecticon, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines.
We maintain a respectful community focused on collecting and sharing knowledge.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
Our service is provided "as is" with reasonable limitations on liability.
By accessing and using Collecticon, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Permission is granted to temporarily use Collecticon for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This includes:
- Tracking your personal collection
- Creating and managing want lists
- Participating in community discussions
- Using marketplace features for buying and selling
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

When using our marketplace features:
- All transactions are between users; Collecticon is not a party to any sale
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
- Disputes should be resolved directly between buyers and sellers
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Collecticon and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Transformers and related characters are trademarks of Hasbro, Inc. and are used under fair use for informational and collecting purposes.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
