DMCA Policy

If you believe that content on Collecticon infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, your notice must include the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court

Collecticon has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
